How are we different?
All readings given by Tarot Island are done by professional readers who have been tried and tested in the real world of public readings before being allowed to read here. All readings are done by a live person and are intended to provide you with useful information and guidance. It is our promise that we will put our very best effort into your reading and will be happy to have a conversation with you about it should you have any questions. Hello, my name is Keigh (sounds like Kay). As a fifth-generation Tarot reader, I have a profound respect for the wisdom the cards contain. Tarot and other forms of cartomancy have been in my family for longer than I can remember. I saw my first deck, a LeNormand Oracle that belonged to my father, in early childhood and have always had a fascination for the imagery and the ability of the cards to connect with what was going on in my life.

I cannot explain exactly what happens when I read for you - my clients tell me that I have tapped into their lives and helped them perceive their life and their options with more clarity than ever before. I believe that there is an invisible thread that connects us to each other and it is through this that we forge the link I use to read for you. When I read tarot, I combine my knowledge of the cards, symbols, and numerology with my intuition to provide a well-rounded reading. It is my goal to help you uncover the knoweldge you need to make the right choices for your life.

When you receive a Tarot reading from me, you will not be told what to do. Instead, you will be given more knowledge about the situation you are in and this knowledge will help you make informed choices. You have free will and you can change your life. Tarot is a tool that helps you do this. If you want to take control and make informed decisions, then Tarot is a wonderful way to gain insight. If you want someone to tell you what to do with your life, you will not find that answer here. That answer can only come from within.

When I am not reading Tarot, I am busy reading books, playing with art and graphic design, or cooking for and enjoying time with my family.

Hello, my name is Mimiraj. My daughter, two Salukis and one cockatiel (Spiker) currently live with me. I have lived most of my life with various animals including homing pigeons, a goat, horses, and a donkey. I have always had a special connection to and with them. I do enjoy helping people through guidance and interpretation of the images of the tarot deck cards. The readings are not for telling one what to do but to give you a more in-depth view of the situation, allowing you to make a more informed choice. I have been actively reading the tarot cards for a number of years and taking classes prior to that. I am currently a member of the American Tarot Association, the Tarot Guild, and Aeclectic Tarot. I currently read for the Free Tarot Network and occasionally in the Reading Room for the Magic Circle school. I am active in a several reading circles held in Aeclectic Tarot. I have received numerous emails containing feedback from my readings letting me know that I have been able connect and give them a broader view of the situation allowing a more informed choice to be made.

I completely agree with Keigh's philosophy and code of ethics. I am proud to say that Keigh has been my mentor for the Free Tarot Network. When I am not working with my tarot decks, I am either at my regular part-time job, playing with my dogs, holding a whistling contest with Spiker, or my nose buried in a book. I also enjoy quiet walks to see what I can see and hear of nature, or viewing the stars at night. One other favorite of mine is to view the images I see presented to me in the clouds.
